Famed Hong Kong beauty brand XOVĒ commissioned Fusion to design, produce and install the new display merchandising of their flagship store at Harbour City, Hong Kong’s premier shopping destination. Our team created a suite of three stunning presentation zones playing on themes of rose gold, silver and white truffle, to showcase XOVĒ’s star collections and featured products.
The brand, launched by Miricor CEO and retired entertainment superstar Gigi Ma (née Lai), takes its name from the latin word for youth and aims to address myriad skin concerns through the powerful antioxidant properties of the rare white truffle. Since its debut in 2020 XOVĒ has come to embody luxury, beauty, and the quiet elegance of its creator.
On the left hand side, elevating the Snow White and Pro lines through shimmering tones of white and silver, we let free-flowing organic forms and the irregular shapes of the store concept inspire the design of our acrylic product platforms. A 24” framed digital display allows customers to more deeply explore the secrets of the white truffle.
To the right we echoed the same unique contours to sublime the Prestige line, this time in metallic rose gold and with slightly more dimension. In addition, a 32” metal-framed LCD screen, and frosted acrylic standing element featuring a die-cut metallic truffle, educate and add interest.
The reimagined central displays further highlight the Prestige line and particularly its hero product – The Treatment Essence – in a lowlit, luxe ambience, incorporating this time standing graphic print displays and mask stands.
The hero glorifier features an eye-catching reflective rose gold embossed background plate, a rose gold ‘truffle’ die cut base, and two delicate spotlights which gleam on The Treatment Essence and cast dappled shadows below in a subtle play of light. We needed to give this display a sleek and organic effect, so instead of requiring cables the glorifier provides 12+ hours of wireless illumination, and recharges easily via USB-C.
Our teams were able to deliver and complete installation of the new displays in a matter of hours, and the result is nothing short of luxurious. Fusion is proud to have partnered with XOVĒ to reinvigorate their Harbour City store’s visual merchandising and make another retail vision a reality.
